Welcome to Fun & Sun, a beautiful sea-view apartment located in the fully renovated Alamanda residence in Orient Bay, one of the most sought-after areas in Saint Martin.

This duplex consists of two bedrooms upstairs:
– A master bedroom with a sea view, a queen-size bed, and a wardrobe
– Another master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a television
Between the two, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower.
Just before the living room, you'll find the second, very spacious bathroom, also with a toilet and a walk-in shower.

The apartment has a beautiful open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and opening onto a living space decorated in Creole colors, leading to a lovely furnished terrace with a beautiful sea view!

To ensure your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned in the bedrooms and the living room.
