A stunning sea-view duplex located in the fully renovated Alamanda residence in Orient Bay, one of the most sought-after areas of Saint Martin.

This elegantly decorated apartment is perfectly designed for your comfort.

It features two bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom with sea view, a queen-size bed, and a walk-in closet, and a second bedroom also with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet is located between the two rooms.

Downstairs, just before the living room, you'll find a second spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The 111 offers a beautiful open-concept kitchen fully equipped, flowing into a stylishly decorated living space that opens onto a furnished terrace with sea and pool views!

To ensure your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned in both the bedrooms and the living room.

All linens are provided: bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels, along with free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.
